I just found a marketing platform that would let you do some cool things when posting an “AD”.

I, personally do not use the free membership for that one reason.

Just post ad “AD”, indexed, share your ad a few hundred times and for the free membership you will lose your index and perhaps ranking. Your ad only good for 30 days, Search engines do not index expired ads.
